SharePoint Migration Support Specialist

This is a full time temporary position (hourly). for TWO months.

A Top Secret TS/SCI security clearance is required

The location is Washington DC and it is full time on site.

Purpose: Focus on ticket management, communications, triage, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the influx of migration-related:

· Help desk tickets

· Email inquiries

· Teams chats/calls

· Office hours and support sessions

o Serve as the first point of contact for content administrators during migration activities.

o Troubleshoot common migration issues and escalate complex items to the project team.

o Reference CA/CM Bootcamp, FAQs, migration aids, and reference guides.
